Full Gold Mining creates comfortable conditions for workers in the Jalal-Abad region

On September 15, at the Ishtamberdi mine in the Ala-Buka district of the Jalal-Abad region, gold mining company Full Gold Mining officially opened a new main dormitory, called "Ful Gold Dostuk Uyu," a new outdoor sports ground, and a new village in the western part of the mining district, including five new dormitories and office buildings for its employees.
Over 100 guests attended the opening ceremony of the main dormitory building and other facilities in the western part of the mine, including the deputy chairman of the central committee of the Mining and Metallurgical Trade Union of Kyrgyzstan, a member of the Zhogorku Kenesh, representatives of local authorities and the community of the Jalal-Abad region, and business partners.
The main building of the "Ful Gold Dostuk Uyu" dormitory occupies 2,700 square meters, of which 1,800 square meters are allocated for residential space. These 78 rooms are equipped with a private bathroom.
The ground floor of the main dormitory building includes a 900-square-meter dining room with Kyrgyz and Chinese cuisine, a prayer room, a medical center, a gym, and a coffee shop.
In addition, the company plans to landscape the grounds outside this building and create a park area of over 3,000 square meters by November 2025.
The five new buildings, located in the western part of the mining district, occupy a total area of 2,160 square meters and include 75 dormitory rooms, as well as a bathhouse complex, office space, and a cafeteria. The company also plans to improve the area and create a park area of over 2,000 square meters in this community by November 2025.
Wang Pingran, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Lingbao Gold Group (Full Gold Mining's main shareholder), explained that this event is just the beginning, as more and more celebratory events will be held in the future.

According to Full Gold Mining President Wu Liming, a sports ground of approximately 2,800 square meters has been built outside the Full Gold Mining Complex. It is equipped with basketball, badminton, and volleyball courts, as well as table tennis tables and a fitness center.
"Full Gold Mining was founded in 2007. Total investments exceeded 20 billion soms, and the cumulative amount of taxes paid exceeds 7 billion soms. In 2025 alone, over 1.8 billion soms were paid in taxes. The total amount of sponsorship support exceeded 200 million soms (not including a special donation provided to the government of the Kyrgyz Republic this year)," he explained.
Asel Muktarova, HR specialist at Full Gold Mining, reported that the mine employs approximately 700 people. Approximately 600 of them are Kyrgyz citizens, primarily from the Alabuka and Chatkal districts of the Jalal-Abad region. In addition, more than 20 people are highly skilled workers from other regions of the country. The remaining workers and specialists are Chinese citizens.
